去年 10 月微软宣布了 Paint 3D 应用程序，这款现代化的 UWP 应用尝试替代已显疲态的画图应用程序。这款应用于今年四月随 Windows 10 创作者更新正式发布，但截至目前仅限于 PC 端。

去年的发布会上微软承诺 Paint 3D 应用会登陆 Windows 10 Mobile 平台，最近 Windows Insider 项目负责人 Dona Sarkar 透露目前移动端 Paint 3D 应用仍处于 Alpha 开发阶段。微软表示目前尚不会对外公布其他任何细节，不过意大利网站 Aggiornamenti Lumia 提前分享了该应用在 Windows 10 Mobile 系统上运行的截图。

Aggiornamenti Lumia 在 Lumia 950 XL 上测试了这款应用程序，发现已经提供了 PC 端的诸多功能。但是目前微软官方仍未公布具体上线日期。昨天，微软对桌面端 Paint 3D 应用进行了更新，简化了 Magic Select 工具的操作体验，新增了 Line and Cureve 工具，支持开源文件格式 GLB 等等。
