Kzwr respects intellectual property. If you believe content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, follow the procedure below — we will respond under the DMCA framework.
Kzwr is a cloud storage provider. We host files for users; we do not actively review private uploads, but we respond to DMCA notices for content shared publicly through our links.
For valid, complete notices, we typically remove or disable access to the reported content within 1–3 business days.
Send a complete notice to [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Takedown".
Your notice must include all 6 of the following:
(1) Your real name, email, and phone — or those of the authorized agent.
(2) The specific Kzwr share link(s) for the infringing material.
(3) Identification of the copyrighted work and proof of ownership.
(4) A good-faith statement.
(5) A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
(6) Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices cannot be processed — please resubmit with the missing details.
If your content was removed by mistake, submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. It must include all 5 of the following:
(1) Your contact information.
(2) The identifier of the removed content.
(3) A statement that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.
(4) Your consent to jurisdiction.
(5) Your physical or electronic signature.
After a valid counter-notice, we will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a lawsuit and notifies us during that window.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers without refund. "Repeat infringer" means an account hit with 3 or more valid DMCA notices within a 12-month period.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), parties who knowingly misrepresent infringement may be liable for damages. Please only submit a notice when you genuinely believe infringement has occurred.
